Description
High performance 500amps-plasma welding torch for mechanized welding with keyhole effect. Laminar shield gas flow by special designed gas nozzle.
Due to its directly water-cooled electrode, this plasma torch is particularly suitable for uninterrupted welding of extremely long welds with high welding times. The massive design of the wearing parts improves their service life many times over conventional torches.
The electrode unit can be replaced from the back side. Because of the special designed electrode unit you are able to modify the electrode distance as well as the arc characteristic during the welding process
Accessories
- Nozzle wrench for easy and exact orientation of the cold gas holes
- Special coolant to prevent electrolytic corrosion in the welding system. Saves the pump, the hose package as well as the cooler.
