PMC U8-1
Description
The PMC U8-1 plasma cutting torch impresses with its uncomplicated design. This design not only ensures easy handling, but also makes maintenance considerably easier. The torch has been specially designed for underwater cutting and guarantees safe auxiliary arc ignition up to a water depth of 100 metres.
Particularly noteworthy are the high cutting speeds of this torch, which enable precise and distortion-free cutting even with thin sheets. The application range of the PMC U5-1/U6-1 extends from 10 mm to 130 mm material thickness with up to 800 A under water. It is started by a safe auxiliary arc ignition. The direct water cooling of the electrode and the indirect water cooling of the cutting nozzle ensure a long service life of the wear parts.
