Description
The PHC 60-1 plasma hand cutting torch impresses with its uncomplicated design, which comprises just three wearing parts. This design not only ensures easy handling, but also makes maintenance considerably easier.
The use of compressed air or nitrogen as cutting gas results in comparatively low gas costs. Particularly noteworthy are the high cutting speeds of this torch, which enable precise and distortion-free cutting even with thin sheets. The application range of the PHC 60-1 extends from 0.5 mm to 15 mm material thickness. It is started by placing the cutting nozzle on the workpiece (without pilot arc). The direct water cooling of the electrode and the air cooling of the cutting nozzle ensure a long service life of the wear parts.
